Yes, but I would not discard the possibility of oleander, if it is, then do not eat it, wash your hands after touching it, oleander is poisonous.

This is a rare occasion, Bob. Mark it in your calendar: I agree. That it's an Oleander. Wouldn't know why you would want to try and eat it though, it's not my habit eating my bonsai, except my Rosemary
