My first question ... I have a Juniper 名媛直播 located on my front porch under an all night porch light. Will this have any affect on the health of the plant? Thanks in advance ...

I have not heard of problems due to permanent light from streetlights before

no problems for the juniper, but if it was a deciduous tree, i have seen one on the street in winter that still had some leaves right by the lamp light. if anything, your tree might grow with more vigor.
