Hello guys and girls,

Looking at plants that I can use for creating my tree, as anyone used Buddleja? I know it's a shrub.

Buddleja is a plant family with over 100 species.. Which one do you mean?

The davidii I fin dies back unexpectedly, bot sure it would make good bonsai.

the flowers are beautiful and attract bees and butterflies, but i do not think it is long lived, i know it is hardy and likes a fair bit of sun but that is it really. there are many varieties of buddleja with many lovely colours. if it was a bonsai, the flowers would look amazing.
