I was looking on Amazon and they had all sorts of 名媛直播's you can buy. My friend bought a 名媛直播 on Amazon once and she said it worked. I just wanted to know if it would be okay to buy a 名媛直播 tree off Amazon. (pregrown) Thanks in advance!!

lcaswell wrote: Thanks for the advice but that is an England, not sure if thats how you put it, website and they don't ship to the USA. Plus, I don't know how to transition England money into US money. Thanks anyway!!!
Not being the one to push you to a specific seller (As the US also has respectable dealers; I do not know them as I am in europe though), are you sure about this?
As for pounds to US Dollars:

I do a lot of business on ebay and when I need to get the current conversion rate from $ to GBP I use , so I know up front how much I'm bidding:

they were Recommended to me by a bonsai grower of many years.as I was told i ordered the wrong one to make a good bonsai. but I will order another one when I get the funds.hard to do any thing on a fixed income.
here's a picture of what they sent me it's a ginseng grafted ficus. not so good for making a bonsai out of. but it is a nice tree to look at .
hope this helps good luck on finding your tree.

bob wrote: well, first of all, the first thing you should know is this: sellers, most of them have no patience on the internet if they have an aim to just make money for themselves, so most of them say they are masterpieces
I see you've learned a couple of things
However:
but they are only 4-ish years old and have no special features: jin, sharimiki...
Jin or Sharimiki are NOT required to create a masterpiece. They can look great on conifers, but they are optional, a choice of the artist and a matter of taste.
Some of the things that are sought after are nicely developed and visible roots, a tapering trunk, ramification, and a lot more - here's some .
Remember however it is an art - rules can be bent or broken if that suits your design of a beautiful tree.
so i would suggest you would buy something of a specialist bonsai website or nursery or even get a starter tree off a bonsai website, e.g kaizen bonsai to give yourself a challenge.
That, sir, I can agree with
