There are starting to grow some kind of Brown knots on my Chinese Dwarf Rhodondendron,

I cannot see where the brown knots are - the quality is too low - but I can see this rhodo is in very poor condition and looks like it won't make it much longer then one or two weeks.
If the brown knots are the things I see at the end of the branches - looks like new growth or buds that have died off ?

I know about its pout condition, but they're no dead new buds.

Sorry I also cannot see what you mean. I still don't know what country you are in. At this time of year here my Satsuki are almost finished flowering and ready for re potting. Have yours finished flowering?
