Shouldn't need any feed at this time of year, nor should it be brought inside - Junipers need cold spells and unless there is a risk of prolonged icing no protection is required.
Water when the soil appears dry, until water runs from the drainage holes in the pot, with practice you can tell by the weight of the pot if water is needed. Moss is often added for decoration, it's not necessary and can harbour bugs. If moss grows naturally it's usually a sign of over watering which can lead to root rot. Misting is good in hot weather. Looks healthy, give it as much natural light as you can.
Hope this helps

junipers dont like wet feet. They prefer more dryer soil.
Put a toothpick in the soil close to the base and leave it for about 5/10 minutes the toothpick will show you how dry the soil is when you take it out.
The reason you put it close to the base is because that's the part that stays wet the longest.
Let them dry out slightly between watering.
Too much water will result in brown foliage or even dying of your tree.
Oh and never keep them inside.
Keep them in the full sun except for the hottest part of the day.
They need climate and season changes to grow or go dormant.
Sun dries out moss and moss only grows well in moist shaded places.
You can grow it back by misting the moss regularly for about 2 weeks.
