hi guys,
went to my first proper bonsai nursery about a week ago as I wanted to get back into bonsai. after being like a kid in a candy store, I picked up two plants I didn't look at the names :silly: why I don't know but would love to know the species. the one is a pine and the other not 100% maybe a spruce?
there are two plants in the one above
the pine
and a rather nice azalea I picked up, looking forward to seeing the flowers and what I can do with it in the future
thanks for any information in advance
take care.

When you start fertilzing the azalea in the spring make sure to give it fertilizer for acid loving plants...also if you repot it use Kanuma for the soil if you can get it.

be very carful watering and fertilizing your azalea their roots are very delicate and are prone to collapsing if dried out. never never never fertalize unwatered soil ,always water first and wait an hour or so and then fertalize unless you are using granular/cake ferts then water as normal
