Hi! I need some help identifying my tree+some tips

This looks like a Chinese Elm. It is a hardy tree that is best kept in a sunny position in the garden. Whilst it will survive inside for a while, it will not do well.
Water when needed, not to a schedule. When it is almost dry water thoroughly not drips. Do not just water once a day or once a week. This is not the way to do it. Check it every day and water if necessary

also, repot this winter in a better soil. make sure it is free draining.
