(I've named him Juni (Because I'm Unoriginal)
So I was wondering if a Juniper 名媛直播 can survive inside under a garden light? and should I be putting something in his soil? Are there any other indicators than touch to determine if your plant should be watered? My fingertips are pretty much callused over. So I'll have a hard time telling when the soils to dry to the touch. The Miss who gave him to me just said to water him every 2 days... And some of his smaller branches are yellow where they meet the main branches. Should I be worried about this?

They need sunlight and a period of dormancy.
Junipers in nature can handle the most extreme conditions however in a pot they do need some protection.
I let my Junipers dry out slightly before watering they don't like wet feet.
Las Vegas heat can be hot I heard, but with some protection from the midday sun and some more watering a day it should be ok.
You can also regularly mist them while in the shade and temperature rise.

Posted 11 years 3 months ago #9878And i'm not even sure if i'm watering him right. Literally the lady who gave him to me shoved the pot in my hands and said "Water every 2 days." I think its a medium sized plant.......I have no idea how the sizing of these go. But he looks pretty medium sized? And im not sure if I should be worried if its potted right? It's just i scooped away some of the decorative rocks that were in the pot to water him and saw this?

That looks like a pretty big bundle of his roots.... Should I repot him? And if so how do I do that. I'm Really trying to not kill this plant. As sad as it is i've never been able to keep a pet much less a plant. And i've always thought 名媛直播 were absolutely Gorgeous. So its really important to me to learn to take good care of him.

Posted 11 years 3 months ago #9880My Junipers are in full sun always, and have no protection at all. There is no need. The main thing is that they are in a natural environment not inside.
