The time is almost here. I have been waiting for a year to do anything with this larch. I collected it last spring. I was just going to lop off the top and call it good, but now I think I'm going to attempt an air layer and try to save the top.
It's just now starting to push buds, and it looks like it's back budding lower on the trunk. I have no other plans for this tree yet. I think I'll just wait and see.
