Nope. That's a goner
Too much root-cutting and/or a not-too-healthy tree and/or poor aftercare => RIP tree.

What was it? Are you sure you should have had it indoors?

YoU Should read what it sais on the package: The instructions will tell you how to apply and how often. We cannot tell the composition from the fertilizer.
Which species of bonsai are you planning on buying from sweden? With your climate, I would go for junipers, pines or any of the local tree species. Plants like acer palmatum will have a hard time dealing with your summer.
Indoor-bonsai do not exist. All plants should be kept outside when the weather allows.

Regarding fertilizers, bear in mind that there is no general "bonsai fertilizer", as different species have different needs. As a rule of thumb, too little fertilizer usually is better than too much.
Regarding "indoor bonsai", leatherback is right that bonsai should be kept outdoors, but some species do just fine indoors. (Just don't ask me which ones...)
Something to consider is that having your bonsai outdoors is definitely more fun, because then you get the four seasons in your bonsai. Getting a bonsai to flower or bear fruit is challenging, if not impossible indoors. In Japan, where winters are cold and summers hot, having a bonsai mainly indoors is completely unheard of -- bonsai are taken indoors only for short periods for special occasions. Whatever tree that is abundant in the region where you live is the best candidate for bonsai.
You also mention that the roots were full of water, so probably the bonsai was in the wrong kind of soil. Good drainage is crucial for any bonsai.
