Please help id my young tree was created by NjTom

I was told this tree is a 6 year old subtropical tree. it is quite healthy. it has a slightly sweet floral smell with small groupings of flowers and what I assume to be fruit or seeds are about the size and shape of peppercorns. I'm not the most advanced bonsai owner in fact my other two plants are a cactus and a succulent... Not the most demanding plants. the leaves are small( less than a half inch long) with fine hair or fuzz on the leaves. any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like a serissa to me, age is irrelavant, it is how old it looks that matters and it looks like a seedling. It could do with some trimming, and probably re potting at some point, but it is difficult to tell from the pictures.

To me it looks like buddleja saligna.
Serissa has shiny/glossy leaf.

Funny looking buddleya, leaves are too small, and the leaves in the pictures are shiny. Geoff
