I brought this today But i dont know what type it is and it looks abit sorry for its self so if any one could give me any tips on how to help it i would apprechate it. It also looks like where i brought it from has been pulling the tree to get it out of the pot to water it instead of taking it out carefully so what should i do.
(It is my first tree.)

Hi
That's a Carmona or Fukien Tea. They need fairly constant temp not less than 50F, well lit too. Get it as near a window as you can for natural light and see what kind of (almost certainly) horrible soil it's in - they are often imported in a mix of clay & sand with a top dressing of peat, if this is the case wash it all off and repot in a well drained mix, try 50/50 multipurpose compost and perlite or vermiculite. Don't let it dry out, mine needs water about twice a week at the moment and a liquid feed is good too say every 2 weeks
Hope this helps
