Hello everyone. My name is Jeff. I have enjoyed bonsai for more than 20 years but have not owned one in the last 7-8 years until last week. My brother picked up a procumbus nana juniper upright last week for me from San Gabriel Nursery in SoCal. I trimmed it up a little and thoroughly enjoy looking at it. Can hardly wait to get another one. The few I owned went dry while I was out of town and died and it took until just recently to obtain another.

Just wanted to introduce myself...

peace.

Hi ToysAlot,

Welcome to the forum. I hope you have the tree outside? As your previous plants dried out, I am slightly worried; Junipers can stand a lot of drought, as long at the foliage does not dry out, which happens easily indoors. Junipers are stricktly outdoor plants :D

No pics as of yet and not sure how to post but will try soon.

Yes, it is an outdoor bonsai. It was a little overgrown so I brought it in to trim it up.

Thanks for the replies guys!

Will find the camera and post when I can.
