you ave some nice trunk stock there now you have to develope the branches to meet the age of the trunk...let them grow trying to keep internodes short .developing the weaker small branches to replace the faster grown larger ones. water and fertalizer managment and bud selection (pinch the stronger leave the weaker)will inhibit fast growth which now with nice trunks you will not need.
