Hello,
For our wedding a the beginning of June we handed out Juniper bonsai's as our thank you gift. I kept 3 for my wife and I but I think I have killed them.... I had them inside up until recently. I noticed about a week an a half ago that the pines where turning pale and with a soft touch are falling off. I thought the air conditioning was killing them so I have moved them outside . I have been watering them regularly (checking when the soil is dry). I fertilized them for the first time last week. I hope to keep these trees for a long time, any help is appreciated.
Thanks

They are most likely dead. The air inside your house, especially with air conditioning is far too dry for juniper trees. They should have been kept outside all along. Juniper also look green after they are dead.....
sorry.

Try a scratch test on the trunk to see if it is still green.

No need to scratch. These trees are dead. Plants are typically meant to be grown outdoors, and bonsai are no exception. The exceptopn are the plants that are strong evnough to survive our unpleasant indoor climate, particularly when using airconditioning.
