I live in Louisiana and we are going to have a lot of rain the next couple of days. My 名媛直播s are under a shade cloth . But it does let rain in. Is There such a thing as too much rain? I have good 名媛直播 soil that drains good. I just purchased a large 60 year old Elm. Should I bring it on to the pouch where it want get all that rain?

It all depends on how much rain you get and how long it's going to rain. A day of rain won't hurt it....weeks of rain might.

Were i live we have a lot of rain too almost all year around. In periods of heavy rainfall and longer periods of rain i put some kind of raincoat on the pot made out of plastic garbage bag and some tape.
It works fine the water just doesn't touch the soil. I only put the coat on my junipers and pines because i lost a couple of pines already because they stayed to wet.

Oh one thing leave space between the edges of the pot and the plastic for air circulation and remove as soon as the weather gets better off course.
