I think I have it. I'm pretty sure it's a variety of wild honeysuckle. The spots on it are most likely honeydew left by the aphids.

im still not sure on that honeysuckle have green stems not red,but i remembered were i saw this before.they grow along the creekbeds like weeds around here

Hmmmm,,,, I'm stumped then. I think I'll post a picture on another bonsai site and see if anyone can i.d. it there. I'll let you know.
