Panic! What do I do when a Podocarpus Macrophyllus turns its leaves crispy and dry? Do I water too much or the opposite? What's wrong? Can anyone share any advice?

...nope for the time being! but shall try to describe: the leaves have quickly lost their green color, almost turned grey and crispy, like once I touch them they break in two! I had placed the tree where the afternoon Sun could touch it and tried to keep its soil humid enough! ???? I'm usually pretty good with plants but this obne is giving me a hard time! of course temperatures vary at this time of year in Greece so I don't know!

Dry needles all over usually indicates it's a goner. But you'll never know, keep the soil moist and maybe he'll revive.

This is my advice to you, Reduce the watering a little. Poke a chopstick in the soil and leave it for about 10 minutes, if it comes out dry, water it.keep it out of direct sunlight until you see new growth. Then introduce sunlight gradually until it can be left in the window again. Don't fertilize it until you see new growth.
