I agree, you did a great job in repoting but you totaly forgot that when you prune the roots you should also prune the branchs and reduce the foliage to compensate the lost of the roots that you removed. It seems that the tree is needing for a secundary branchs reduction anyway because they are way too long and they will steal the tree strength unnecessary.
