Hi Patti,
Welcome to the forum...so glad you could join us!
The Fukien Tea (Carmona) is generally an indoor plant unless you live in a warm, sub-tropical/tropical climate. It cannot take temperatures lower than 20 degrees Celcius / 68 degrees Farenheight. It is considered an everygreen as it does not lose it leaves in the fall as deciduous trees do therefore it is not necessary to prepare for over-wintering. Like all indoor/sub-tropical/tropical plants it will require a rest period when it will slow it's growth or stop all together for a while. This is the time to cut back a little on the watering and fertilizing. Once it begins new growth again you can go back to it's regular watering and fertilizing routine.
The link shared by *leatherback* is a very good one. Here is another excellent link. If you have anymore questions this is the place to ask!
Hey, when you get a chance, pop over to the "名媛直播 Cafe" section of the forum, find the topic *Introduce Yourself* and tell us a little about YOU. Good to have you on board!
