I’ve noticed some white dots on my serissa bonsai and have no clue what they are. I don’t think it’s mealy bugs or a fungal infection. I’ll attach some images. Anything helps.

Can't see what it is you are talking about, if it is mealy bug you would find a sticky substance especially on the underside of the leaf. Will it rub off? It could be residue from watering.

it’s easier to see in the second picture right next to my thumb. They’re tiny white dots that white away. I don’t seem to have any signs of pests/infection looking at the foliage and soil, but if I caught it early it could still be this things. I don’t have any residue under the leaves. ?

Just get more trees! I have a few 100 and I do not have time to worry about inperfections on a few leafs.
