Obviously, change of environment, getting cold has had a effect. It needs light warmth and correct watering and should recover. This species is one of the most difficult to keep alive let alone in a house, but with care it should survive.

From the very first day tree arrived, it is in the room with constant temperature 66-70 F. I added a wet tray and running humidifier to keep air humidity around a tree ~50-60%. Watering with filtered water when soil start feel slightly dry. Added growth light for 14 hours a day.?

Shall I prune the tree? And if yest what will be the right way to do it?
Also, It is arrived with a root ball exactly fit to the 6 inch pot in which I placed it. Shall I repot it to a bigger pot?
I didn't touch root at all, just add some general compost, similar to what it has in a root ball and cover with a thin layer of general bonsai mix on top just to cover the roots,
or it better to wait for a month or two, before do anything with a tree??

Do not do anything! No pruning, no repotting, no wiering, no styling, nothing.
You have a tree that is viewed as hard to keep even by experienced bonsai keepers. Now you want it to have all the energy it takes to adapt to your conditions and care. Just make sure it gets health back and you know how to keep it alive before you start working on it. May it take 6,12 or 24 months. Just wait until it is ready. Meanwhile study the tree and the art of bonsai. Make your vision for the tree. Make sure you know what you want the tree to become and how to get there before you start.

You must let it settle into this new environment, do not re pot leave the pruning, you need to figure that out for yourself, we can't see all of the plant so impossible to comment on pruning.

Thank you for advises
That was my original plan, when it comes - just to leave it to adapt before doing anything.?
It just a significant lost of leaves, that is bothers me at the moment. Especially as it may be caused by so many reasons according to information from internet.?
