Thanks for the thorough reply! It all makes total sense really?
The thing that has me confused though is that if it's just the case that it's being kept indoors and outdoors, why is one of the trees in the same pot still alive with it's leaves there whilst the others have dried up? I was hoping to understand which tree is I'll in what way and what these various signs even mean
Each tree has kind of changed in a different way, island I was hoping to get a better understanding of these changes, past "loss of leaves = bad" as far as other information I can find online haha

Will putting it outside fix all the problems? Which trees have the biggest problems? Are there any that seem and sound like they can't be saved? What are the signs of these or how do I even check that??
I have many questions and struggling to find more specific answers haha

You cannot generalize that leaf drop is always bad. This is a decidious species that naturally shed leafs every year.
Just like people have different genes, so do trees. Different genes gives different resistances. My aunt started smoking at age of 14 and was a heavy smoker until her death. She got 92 years old. Her husband was a fit and healthy person that trained several times per week his whole life. He died at the age of 63 from a heart atac. There are no way we can draw any conclusions from that, Just like we cannot draw any conclusions from one tree degrades slower than the other. The only thing we know for sure is based on a much bigger population. That includes smoking is bad, excercise is good and that temperate decidious trees dies if kept indoors.
For the same reason I will refraim from answering what will happen in the future. Some trees will die and some may survive. All I can say is that it sure does not look good. The time of the year is not in your favour. Trees that has not experienced the transition from summer to winter fully may not be ready for it. I give the trees best chanse of survival in a 5 degree overwintering room but I will not give you a percentage.
