I ordered a Chinese Elm and thism

arrived. When querying it with the seller, they insist it is Chinese despite the attached label.
Which is it please?

It is a chinese elm. They are intentional misslabled in millions. I have heard zelkovas is easier to import because of the dutch elm desease. I am not sure if it is true. But there must be some reason for intentional misslabeling of millions of trees world wide every year.
