Hello,

I have problem with Juniperus horizontalis becoming yellow. It was repotted few weeks ago and it looks like it withers day by day.?
What is happening and how can I help it?

What happened is that you repotted in the totally wrong time and now it is suffering because of that.

Put the tree in full shade and leep it well watered. If you are lucky it will survive.

Is it better to let it sit in small bowl or put it in a bigger one with?better soil?
Also, should I remove all yellow branches and leave only few green one??

You have already re potted at the wrong time and stressed the plant, you must not do it again! The foliage unless it is completely dead can be left for now. Just do as Trop frog said
