My bonsai seemingly has stopped growing. The branches seem to be wilting / drooping / discoloring. I water every other day and it is now back outside in indirect sunlight when temp is above 70. It is about 3 years old so I’d hate for it to die off. Please help

The sudden increase in sunlight from indoors to outdoors can get that reactions. The plant may not prepared for the change.

I would find a somewhat more shaded place and increase to daily watering as long as temperature is above 20c.

Are there any measures to reverse the wilting? It appears to be getting worse as the days go by.?

Reverse is not the word I would use. Wilted leafs will die and fall off. But it is possible to stop the wilting and get into a new growth cycle.
