I think it's this. it doesn't seem to be killing the trees but the black spots don't look great and i want to get rid of it.
I cant find any of the products this guy suggests including the zerotol.
any advice? so much shitty info online. someone says baking soda but then someone else says it's really bad if it gets into the soil for obvious reasons.
ive been spraying them with insecticidal soap which seems to be helping? but i'm not sure. i know it s for aphids but saw it could also kill fungus too.
looking for recommendations. should i buy neem oil?

As far as i know it is the "verticillium wilt" that kills some parts of the tree.
There is no cure and I don't know of any product that can help, if it's infected you can't get rid of it.
This happens often with japanese maples , to prevent this you ... should use clean, sterilized tools for cutting, close cuts and very important ..cut at the reight time !
