Hi All ,
So recently I had 2 black pine seeds sprout into life and for the first few days they had the seed shell still attached , but they have fallen off and now all the little needles have curled up into the other needles and looks totally odd ... is this normal ? Alot of online videos show the seed shell still on when they're triple the size of mine ?!

This photo was taken just before the 2nd seed shell fell off ....

Not all seeds make it. But you would certanly increase success rate if you keep them outdoors where they belong.
