Hello,
I was recently gifted two bonsais, one Ficus and a Jade tree. However after a couple of weeks they started losing quite a lot of leaves.
The Ficus leaves turn first yellow and then fall off, the Jade leaves instead seem to turn grey and then fall off.
Both tree are also growing new leaves however they seem to lose more than what they grow.
I water the Jade tree every 10 days and the Ficus every 4-5 days depending on when the ground gets dry. Every 4 days I spray some water on the trees.
The Jade tree is near a window facing south, while the Ficus near a window facing north. Currently here it's winter so light exposure is quite low.
I've attached a few images.
I'm a bit afraid I'm doing something wrong, either with the watering or the fact that there isn't enough light. I'm hoping someone has a bit of advice on how to get them to stop losing their leaves.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Ficus do lose leaf grown indoors in nortern hemisphere winters. It is possible to prevent it by eiter decrease temperature or increasing awailable light using artificial light.......Or just leave it as is and leafs will grow back in spring.
The jade tree has symptoms of overwatering. Once every 10 days in winter is far to much. They like bone dry in winter. I would say you already watered enoght for this winter and should keep it dry until it show signes of growth in spring or show signes of shriveling top leafs before that.

Thank you very much for your suggestions!
I was a bit confused because I have a smaller ficus which isn't losing any leaves, that's what got me worried. As for the light, would you be able to recommend one?
Regarding the watering of the Jade tree, does that include the "spraying" or can I keep doing that?

The only grow lights I use Is dusk tropic stuff. I do not use grow light for bonsai, but the basic needs is the same for all plants.
Never ever spray jade trees, they rot in the leafs crotches if not dried up fast enough. If you keep them outdoors in summer, protect them from anything more than light rain.
