Have bought this one ?n April and ?s very small can anyone help

It is not a bonsai. It is a small tree seedling. From the look of it, I would guess a spruce seedling. A temperate species that should be outdoors at all times or it will die.
However this one look like newly germinated. Which means it germinated in summer or authum and are not ready for winter. If you are in the nortern hemisphere, the chanses of survival is small. What you can do to increase the chanse is put it in a cold but frost free environment until spring 2-5 degrees is just enough.
