Need help identifying this tree - the tag says bilobed Grewia, but I have not seen any online.
Also need some care tips, currently have a grow light as I live in an apartment and the weather gets cold.

The pictures is not very clear and identification is not easy. But it could very well be a Grewia biloba. Why do you think it is something else?
Grewia biloba is a temperate decidious tree. Most of those species die If kept indoors in winter. Not sure if this is one of the exceptions.
The tree is very hardy, rated to usda zone 5 (-28c). If it is grewia, there are no reason to worry about greece temperatures. Put it outdoors.

I currently live in Canada.
Unfortunattely that is not good news for you or the tree. I see that the tree is about to bloom which suggest that it thinks it is mid summer now. Good news is that identification will be easier as soon as the flowers open.
I do not have first hand experience with the species. What I would do is to keep it warm until flowering is done and direct after cool it down gradually to 5c. Once risk of frost is over, bring it gradually outdoors. If it is correctly labled that is.
