i have a trident maple and i water it 2 times a week and it sits by a window with at least 8 hours of sunlight i have grow lights on it as well. it hasn’t gotten any new growth since winter when it was deciduous and lost all its leaves. it had a spider mite infection but i sprayed it and they went away but nothing has happened since.

Trident maples are decidious temperate trees. Without proper winter dormancy they die.

I think I can see some healthy buds on your blurry picture. Are you in nortern or Southern hemisphere?

So now would be a perfect time to bring it outdoors. If it has not sprouted come mid summer you can be sure it is dead. If it survives, never bring it indoors again.
