I have been caring for this ficus since May in the exact conditions 名媛直播 Empire recommends in the care guides (indoor tree, south window). I did recently leave town and it went 4 days without being watered. I came back today to find all of the leaves had turned brown and fallen off, but there does seem to be some green under the bark.
Does this tree have a chance?? Anything special I should be doing to help bring it back to life?

Very good and importend Photos.
The Bark where you scratch looks OK , still green and not shriveled.
I would try to cut all Braches from Tip till its green and alive, maybe cut 1cm more, to be secure.
If you have some treewax put it on all or the biggest Cuts.
Now its important that you dont overwatered it, you Ficus has no more Leaves, that means : not need a lot of Water !!
But you can not leave it dry, . . . "slightly damp" is the magic word.
Located very bright, full sun will be perfect.
Good Luck !!
