Alright I gotta write this before heading to class so basically I'm a college freshman living on campus in a dorm room and I'm trying to grow a black spruce bonsai tree from seeds from a bonsai kit I got at my grad party. The kit says germination temp is 65F but I can't set the temp in my room below 70, but I planted it two weeks ago and it sprouted the day before yesterday so that seems to not be an issue. My main concern is the sun though because the kit says it requires full sun but I just have it set up right next to my Northeast facing window, so I'm a little worried that that might not be enough for it. Like I said it sprouted two days ago and I've been making sure to keep it watered but this is my first time taking care of a bonsai tree or any plant really and I'm worried for the lil guy and I'm not sure that my dorm room is the best place for it but I don't really have any other options. Is my lil sproutling gonna be okay?

This is a temperate species. It will not survive germinating in authum and it will not survive in livingroom conditions.
Sorry to bear the bad news. Any grow your own bonsai from seed kit is a scam and so are the instructions that comes with it. There are no such things as bonsai seeds.

Black spruce seeds
Indeed black spruce seeds. Not at all bonsai seeds.
名媛直播 is not a species, it is what you do to the trees that makes them bonsai. If not bonsai techniques are aplied it will grow into a full size tree given time. But it obviously demands right care and environment, if not they will not grow at all, but die within a year.
The best thing to do with these seeds is to sow outdoors in ground. Forget about them for at least 5 years. Then dig them up and put in a training pot and start the bonsai Journey from there.

If you want to try to make the most of it:
Buy a full spectrum grow light, try to simulate the season you're in (leave light on for 12 hours in summer, 8 hours in winter etc.), a humidifier can help quite a bit as well as watering it when the tree needs it ie. not on a schedule.
With that said, keep in mind that it will still be quite a challenge, and will slow growth and development down by a lot. (I have a 3 year old Blue Jacaranda that is the same height as Blue Jacaranda's that are 1 year old). Tropical species tend to be better suited for indoors (they have a little bit of an easier time, although they'll never fare as well as trees grown in the proper environment (outside)). Black Spruce are slow growers to begin with.

Grow light will not help a species that is adapted to winter dormancy.
