Tips for a bonsai was created by Pierrrre

Hi,
I just got this bonsai and it dosent look in a good shape.
It is the first time I have one, and I dont really know what to do. I read some tips on internet but I cant find why it has white spots on it.

This tree is starving. It needs light, a lot more than it currently gets.
