Help! San Jose Juniper struggles!

Help. Beginner here. I re-potted this SanJose Juniper a few months ago with soil that compacted and wasn’t draining. Realized my mistake then replaced the soil once again about a month ago with TinyRoots Conifer Blend. Looks like we’re still growing new foliage the tree is still so yellow. Not sure what to do next.

Two repottings in short time and one of them beeing in the totally wrong time of the year. That is very stressful for any tree. However the tree looks healthy to me. There are nothing to do for now other than normal care.

Allow the tree to get settled in. Make sure you water enough and shower the foliage every once in a while if you do not get rain.
