Mature Pine?

Hello, I just purchased a home and am curious if anyone had advice or good-to-knows about this tree? I believe it to be a Japanese Black Pine 名媛直播 Tree. It is 50 years old per the previous owner. Can anyone tell me anything about it? While it’s well established, I feel it’s been neglected because the previous owner was 90 years old. I understand it may have a lot of value. Any advice? Thank you!

Do not look neglected to me. This tree has got its candles shortened close to every year. And that is basically all you do on mature pines.
