Japanese Maple (Acer Palmatum) - dry leaves and bad look was created by Tokar

Hello Everyone!

For over one month I am happy to be an owner of Acer Palmatum that I got for my birthday. I read many websites about how to take care of this bonsai type, however something goes wrong and I do not know what to do.

The leaves at first started to get a bit dry, but now it gets worse and worse and I am afraid that my tree will eventually die.
I watered my tree more less once per day, depending on how soil was wet. I always try to keep the soil constantly moist. I found out that dry ending of leaves are the result of not watering enough, therefore for the last two weeks I water the tree twice a day, morning and evening.

Conditions of the tree:

-half-shadow place, direct sun does not reach there at all, the tree is covered by the other plant (in the picture)
-watering twice a day, soil is constantly wet
-fertilizer once per 14 days, SPECIAL Explantex Vondrus (suggested by the seller in the bonsai shop)
-no wind can reach the tree
-in the evening I sprinkle the tree with water, in order to deliver more humidity
-a bowl with water stands next to it - I read that they like some water around as well

I attach picture of the tree

Thank you very much for any help, I really would like to be a good parent for my tree :(

Is the tree indoors or outdoors?

There are just two options. Eigther it do not get enough water or it gets too much sun.

I’m a novice, but have been reading somewhere it might be too much water? Brown edges of the leaves and he says he’s keeping it constantly wet. It said rootrot even makes the leaves dry and fall off.
Again, novice and just telling what I read the other day.

In summer it is almost impossible to overwater maples. In authum to spring, yes, but not in summer. If you have issues that originated from that time, it is still important to water good in summer in order for the tree to recover.
