hey guys.
so its my first juniper bonsai I got it a week ago as a present, but I started seeing the wires maybe too tight on the branch.
I would like to know if I need to cut now or wait longer, because its just one bump will I have to cut everything and rewire the same day? and if so do I need to prune a little or not sorry for all the questions

Yes, that wires are way over due. That scars will not go away for years. I would recomend to take the tree back to the seller and ask for a refund.
If you want to keep the tree anyway. Remove wires gently. There are a great risk that you injure the bark wile remowing it. Cut gently every cm and try to pull in the direction of the wire. Do not rip it out, do not unvire. Just work your way cm by cm very gently.
No, there are no reason for wiring it up again or pruning.

I would return the tree to the vendor and ask for a refund. If you have decided to keep it, then remowe all wires.
You should rewire when there are a need for wiering to support your future design idea. Wiring is done for a purpouse, I just don't know what yours is.
