Hi,
I bought this apple tree from a supermarket that was on sale for €3 and I thought it would be a good idea to adapt it for a bonsai. I don't know how old it is but it is 50 cm tall and the trunk is 1.5 cm wide. What style could I apply? Or better wait for next year and let it grow?
Thanks!

I would not style it at this point. But If you have an urge there are really no other option than litterati in the classic art of bonsai.
Or, do like this lunitic and make something not really classic:
There are links in the description showing how it was made. OH, yes. It is a shameless plug. This lunitic is me

Hi Topfrog,
Watching your video I see that in the end the 2 little trees turned out very well. From what I see, the trunk is much thicker than mine. I think I'm going to wait until next year to see if it gains a little more weight.
Thank you so much!

A good approach is to grow a tree freely in oversized pot or in the ground until the trunk have the size of your final design. After putting it in a bonsai pot and start training trunk thickening happens a lot slover. Some may think I did it too early on these ones.
In the end it is a question of your own vision and artistic expression.
