Fukien HELP!

Last week I repotted my Fukien Tea tree. For the first 3 days it looked great, then it started showing signs of stress.
The leaves are drooping and it is losing leaves pretty rapidly. The pictures here show the tree as it is now, about 8 days after repotting. The fallen leaves pictured have been lost in the last 24 hours, and it has lost about this amount everyday for the last 4 days. Some of the leaves on the tree look like they have turned upside down.
I completely saturated the soil immediately after repotting, but since then have really only watered it lightly twice. I have misted the foliage and moss at least once a day. I had to remove more roots than I wanted during the repotting to get it into the pot. I estimate I removed roughly half the roots and almost all of the soil. I repotted with a Volcanic, pumice, akadama mixture.
What do you think? How does it look? I expected some signs of stress due to the root reduction and repotting, but does it look like its going to make it?
What can I do to help? Should I wait till the soil dries out on top before watering again? Should I continue to mist the moss and foliage, and if so, daily, twice daily, more or less? Does anyone know why some of the leaves have turned upside down?
When can I expect the recovery signs to start showing?
Thank you

Still look healthy to me. How long have you had it?
Unfortunattely there are no one in this forum that has developed a long term healthy fukien tea tree. But we have hundreds of help my tree is dieing threads about them. Seems to be quite hard to grow them.

I have had it a little over a year. It came from Brussels 名媛直播 and has been healthy for the most part. It took a little adjustment when I moved it inside but once I got the watering right it has been very healthy. Hoping it can pull through the repotting. It does still look healthy in the pictures when I look at them here. However, in comparison to how it looked before the repot, it is not nearly as vigorous as it was.

One year is well done. Not many makes it that long. I hope it will be fine going forward. Seems like you have cracked the.code.
