New to bonsai: Juniper Procumbens frozen roots after repot was created by Bflow

Hello, I’m new to bonsai and the forum. I recently picked up a small juniper procumbens from a nursery, this past weekend. It is young, probably only 7 inches high at most.
I’ve been keeping it in the garage at night and taking it out each morning for the day to a low wind higher sun exposure spot.
I’m in Michigan and the temps are sitting between 35-40 during the day on average and down to 25-30 at night right now.
I repotted it last night into a black plastic grow pot, trying to grow out the foliage and develop the tree this season. I watered it once I was finished, and like the amateur I am, when I put it back in the garage for the night after repotting and I accidentally left the garage open. Of course I went to move it this morning and it was pretty frozen from what I could tell.
How bad is this? I’m hoping I didn’t kill the tree, I put it outside this morning to try and warm up the roots a bit, it’s only 35 and sunny today. Any recommendations, or any chance it will be fine recovering? Any help would be appreciated.
If anyone needs to know the soil it is a mix of 4 parts peat moss 1 part perlite and 1 part bonsai soil mix of lava rock, pine bark, calcined clay, and pumice.

Don't worry about it will be fine. Leave it the garage for a while, then put it out.
