Is my tree already dead?

Hi everyone! I have acquired very recently my first 名媛直播 so I am super new in the art of taking care of it. And I think I already did something wrong
Unfortunately, I was traveling for Christmas, and I think my friend taking care of the our home plants didn't water it enough. When I came back home, the green leaves were in this state. It looks like there is a lack of life, but I checked scratched the bark and inside is still green (as it was suggested in one of the most recent videos). It has been like the attached picture for one month, and no sight of getting better neither worse. So i am not sure if it's slowly dying, or just dormant because is winter here in Austria?
The soil is properly watered, and I believe it should have enough room for the roots in this new pot (it came with one nicer but it felt it was very tight already). Also, it's placed very close to a window at home, but without straight sun light.
I don't know what else I could do in order to recover it and make it healthier. I am not even sure if I can do anything at this point.
Thank you very much in advance for your help and wisdom!
Javi

Unfortunately it is not possible to answer without a picture. I could be anything, it should not have been re potted that I can say, and being left without water for any length of time is a killer. Depending on what it is having it inside for most species is also a killer. Picture is needed

It may not be dead yet but it is close, very poor condition and in poor soil, you can only hope it recovers.

Hey Xavi,
I am afraid the deed is done. This tree is very unlikely to recover (It is dead on all places I can see)
