Got this 名媛直播 as a gift and a few days after I got it, it already stared to look like it had a rough time. I need help to identify it and tips of what should I do to help it out.

That is a serious case of underwatering. All you can do is to water more often and hope for recovery. A clear plastic bag as a mini greenhouse over the plant may help as well. But I really doubt this tree can be saved.

Well I was watering it once to two time week, in't that enough? That were the instructions we got.

Trees are watered when they need it not on a scedule. There are several factors that influence the trees water consumption. Temperature, sunlight, humidity, wind, rain, species, type of soil and a lot more. The intervals is flucuating from several times a day in the peak of the summer to less than one time per month in the winter.
But what is even as important is how to water. When the surface of the pot looks close to dry. Water abundanly with a fine strainer over the whole soil surface until there are a steady stream of water coming out of the drainage holes. If a tree is this severe underwatered, the substrate may be hydrophobic and the proces may need to be repeated a few times.
