Fukien Tree Health Help

Hello all,
Been a rough couple of months. Moved into a new place, dog died and shortly after my Fukien started dwindling away.
I've had the tree for 4-5 years with no issues. Outside of the recent move (change of location), I have stayed consistent with it's overall care. Due to the air conditioning set-up, it's a bit dryer in my new place than the old, but it gets great sunlight and I've made a few adjustments with the humidity tray. I've tried repotting (although with not an ideal soil), but with no luck. It's not getting better, nor worse.
Looking at these photos, does anyone have any insight, suggestions or guidance as to how to nurse it back to health (if possible)?

A humidity tray does practically no good. A slight breath of air blows away whatever humid air there is above it. The air conditioner blows away even more.
Plants evolve to fit a climate where they evolve. An air conditioned house or room does not fit the almost tropical environment where the fukien tree evolved and the tree is fighting the climate in the room.
To match the environment where it evolved you would have to put it in an enclosed mini greenhouse to keep humidity around it, add grow lights tuned to sun shine to replace the frequencies filtered by windows and greenhouse, add temperature control, and water it when it needs it. And you would have to inspect quite often for insects who somehow manage to get into the environment and love it.
Or, you could put it outside most of the year and bring it in only when temperatures drop below 50F/10C.

4 to 5 years keeping a fukien healthy indoors! That is extremely well done! Congrats! Most of them die within 6 months.
