Does anyone know why my Japanese white pine is getting brown needles?

Because it is stressed. If you want any guess on why it is stressed you need to supply a photo and tell about your care and location.

I think it could be stressed because i have recently bought it from a nursery. And i have the tree in full sun.

Can the cause of stress also be a heat wave. And is stress harmfull to the tree

Depends on how hot the heat wave is. Normally what causes stress on trees in warm weather is lack if water not the heat itself.
Yes, stress is harmful to trees. A little stress ans they suffer, a lot of it and they die.
But you still havent supplied a picture and we dont know your care and climate.

I have been watering the tree every time when the top layer of soil has dried, i am fertellizing it and I am in The Netherlands

Tree looks healthy to me. Maybe the tree is just starting to shed 3 year old needles? It has not started here in Sweden yet, but may very well happen now at your place and after change of environment.
