Hello,

My bonsai tree is experiencing leaf fall which is worrying, the leaves are turning this brown colour and are going dry, some are turning yellow and falling, what could this be?

If you are in the northern hemisphere the tree should be outdoors this time of the year. If you are in usda zone 7 or higher it should be outdoors at all times. Taking decidious trees indoors is always problematic and should be avoided if possible.

This plant should be outside, there is no need to protect it. Most of the leaves do look ok, but unless you do put it out it will not be like that for long.
