All branches gone from Ficus

I have a ficus microcarpa that's about 5 years old. I had an accident while moving and the leader branch broke and I had to prune it off. Is there any hope for it? Attached is a current pic and one before the accident.

Yes there are hope. However, the grafting point is gone. If it recovers it will be big leafs not the small ones that were above the graft.
If you are in northern hemisphere, bring the tree outdoors now. Keep it outdoors until temperature is below 10 degrees.

Do you think it would be possible to graft onto the tree as it currently is?

Yes, just as possible as buying a lottery ticket. Better to wait and see where the tree wants to push out growth and graft on that after a while.
