Help! I bought my wife a and its leaves turned pretty brown. We read up on it and suspected root rot, so we unpotted it, removed the soil from the roots (it was in all-dirt), trimmed the rotten roots, repotted it with new soil for the root ball and bonsai soil (that shell/rock mix) lining the container as recommended. She also trimmed off the brown leaves.
Some leaves are still turning brown! Help - can anyone give us any advice?
